Charlie Wall
Treasurer
Charlie first became involved with Africa Hopeful Horizons through his connection with Michael
Herbert and his desire to contribute to and assist those in need. His initial volunteering
experience took place in Nanning, China, where he resided and worked at an HIV orphanage,
teaching English.
Originally from the suburbs of Boston, Charlie currently resides outside San Diego, CA. He
holds the position of Chief of Staff and Vice President of Strategic Growth at an institutionally
backed primary care platform. Charlie's role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations and
driving the company's strategic expansion.
Charlie obtained his BA in Economics from Boston College, which has equipped him with a
strong foundation in the field.
